Refund and Returns Policy for Boostrapic

At Boostrapic, we strive to provide high-quality furniture and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and simple refund and return process. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to process any return or refund requests.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and components intact. If the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage, we may not accept the return or refund.
  • Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including custom-made or personalized products, clearance or sale items, and products marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@boostrapic.net or call us at (636) 674-5066 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
  • Inspection: After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email once the return is processed.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund. This fee will be clearly communicated to you during the return process.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if it is damaged or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@boostrapic.net or call (636) 674-5066. We will arrange for a free return and either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Any products that have been opened or used, unless defective
